the short terms

the deposit

50% of your stay. twin room €1,000 (VIP) or €1,100 (pre-sale) per person. private room for one €1,800 / €2,000. two people in a private room €2,000 / €2,200 together.

it is half of your stay, not extra.

the rest of the money

the other 50% is due 60 days before you arrive. we send you a link, same as this one.
book inside 60 days and the whole amount is due at once.

changed your mind?

before we confirm your week: full refund of the deposit, no questions.
after we confirm your week: the deposit is not refunded, but you can pass your spot to a friend for free. tell us their name, that's it.
if we cancel or cannot deliver the week: everything you paid comes back to you.

the price you were shown

the price in your email (VIP or pre-sale) is locked for you once the deposit is in. it will not go up.

what is included

room, private chef every meal, surf every day but wednesday, yoga, spa day and one massage, one island excursion, one restaurant night, welcome BBQ, airport transfers both ways, beer, wine and soft drinks. not included: flights, travel insurance, spirits and cocktails.

who you are paying

Tatev International Group Limited, Hong Kong, the amigos company that sells and collects for lombok. the stay itself is delivered by our local operating company in lombok. card payments are processed by stripe, a regulated payment partner. your receipt comes from us by email.
